Buslines: Greyhound Bus (http://www.greyhound.com/) offers daily transcontinental bus service to and from Missoula. Trains: Amtrak provides passenger train service to Montana. Travelers arrive in Whitefish which is 2.5 hours from Missoula; rental cars are available as are buses, both of which would have to be arranged by the individual traveler. Glacier National Park, the Flathead Indian Reservation, Flathead Lake, the Mission Mountains Wilderness Area, and the National Bison Range are along the route from Whitefish to Missoula, enabling interesting side-trips before and after the conference.
